Registration Guidelines
- A separate registration form must be completed for each child.
- Only parents (mother or father) are authorized to complete the registration forms. (Forms submitted by grandparents, uncles, aunts, or siblings will not be accepted.)
- All fields are mandatory. If a field is not applicable, please write "N/A."
- Please ensure that all required documents are uploaded at the time of submission.
Fee Structure
- Registration Fee: One time registration fee is PKR 3,000 (payable along with the first month’s fee).
- Monthly Fee Policy:
- Charges are calculated from the date of registration, not the child's attendance.
- For admissions occurring after the 15th of the month, half of the monthly fee will be charged.
- Fees are charged on monthly basis according to the calendar month and are not calculated based on the number of days attended.
- Daycare charges are subject to revision every July. For details check the fee structure and LUMS Daycare handbook.
