Dr. Fareed ud din Qureshi is an experienced academician and certified trainer, currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Suleman Dawood School of Business, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). With a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Strategy from LUMS and an MS from the University of Manchester, his teaching and research focus on leadership, organizational behavior, and human resource management. His research focuses on identity management at the workplace, dissimilarity perceptions, and workplace ostracism.
Dr. Fareed also has over 8 years of corporate training experience, specializing in leadership development, communication skills, and emotional intelligence. His diverse experience includes working with corporate clients and academic institutions, offering interactive sessions that enhance workplace communication and leadership effectiveness. He is also certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and life coaching, further enhancing his ability to mentor and develop professionals.
